Add onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, and white vinegar to the saucepan.
Heat the sauce for about two minutes until it simmers, then remove from heat.
Pour the sauce into a blender and blend until smooth.
Jazz up the refried beans by adding them to the blender with a tablespoon of butter and blending until smooth.
