Prepare the bones and vegetables for the broth.

Add 4 liters of water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Strain the broth to remove solids and set aside.
For the Backerbsen, mix flour, eggs, oil, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to form a batter.
Fry small spoonfuls of the batter until golden and crispy.
For the Kräutercrepe, combine flour, egg, oil, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and chopped chives to make a batter.
Cook the Kräutercrepe in a pan until set and lightly browned.
