1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup olive oil
2 bunches flat leaf parsley
1/4 cup fresh oregano
crushed red pepper
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
4 cloves garlic
5 teaspoons chimichurri

Add 2 egg yolks to a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the egg yolks.
