Show ingredients: 1/2 cup garlic, light green pimento peppers, 1 purple or papaya, 1 green pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 2 yellow pimento peppers, white vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons mustard, optional pineapple juice, bandanna (shadow benny), green scotch bonnet peppers, and 1 hot yellow scotch bonnet pepper.
Wash and peel all ingredients.
Cut the purple pepper, remove seeds, and cube it.
Blend the ingredients starting with white vinegar, then add 1 teaspoon salt, and 4 tablespoons mustard directly from the bottle.
Add all green pimento peppers, green scotch bonnet peppers, and the hot yellow pepper to the blender.
Squeeze in a little pineapple juice, if desired, or add extra vinegar instead.
Pulse blend the ingredients, ensuring not to liquefy them completely, checking the color and consistency as you go.
Empty the blended sauce into a container, showing the final product and its color.
Transfer the sauce into a bottle for storage.
