Turn on the meat mincer or grinder.

Cut the venison into small pieces and feed it into the grinder using the plunger.

Grind approximately 1.5 kg of freshly ground venison.

Add 500 g of pork fat to the ground venison (optional).

Add a third of a packet of venison game burger mix for seasoning.

Pour in about a third of a pint of cold water and mix together.

Press out the burger patties, ensuring they fit the burger buns appropriately.
