Chop enough pecans to make a half a cup and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add 4 oz of cream cheese softened.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 teaspoon of ground red pepper; beat this together well.

Add 5 oz of shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese and 4 oz of shredded Monterey Jack pepper cheese; mix this together until well blended.

Form the mixture into a ball.

Roll the ball into the chopped pecans to evenly coat it.

Cover the cheese ball with plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator before serving to let the flavors blend together.
