Taro Bubble Tea

180-200ml Tea Base (Black or Green)
2 Tablespoons Taro Mix
3 Tablespoons Non-Dairy Creamer
1 tbsp Sugar

In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Add the tapioca pearls to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually about 30 minutes.

Once cooked, drain the tapioca pearls and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.

In a separate bowl, mix the taro powder with 1 cup of water until smooth.

In a saucepan, combine the taro mixture with sugar and heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely, stirring occasionally.

Remove the taro mixture from heat and let it cool.

In a glass, add a portion of the cooked tapioca pearls at the bottom.

Pour in the cooled taro mixture, then add milk to fill the glass.

Add ice cubes to taste and stir well before serving.
