Instructions

  1. 1Dice mango and place in a mixing bowl.

  • 4 ears of corn, husked

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Place the husked corn on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is slightly charred.
