Welcome to the show, today we're making fresh mango salsa.
Use ripe mango, about 1 mango, and chop it into pieces.
For every mango, use about half the amount of red bell pepper, chopped.
Use about a quarter of the amount of onion as mango, chopped.
Add green chilies to taste, jalapenos are recommended but green chilies are used here.
Add chopped cilantro and fresh mint, cut finely.
Sprinkle in roasted and powdered cumin to taste, be careful as it's strong.
Add salt to taste and mix everything together.
Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture, using lime is also an option, and avoid seeds.
Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
If time allows, chill the salsa in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
