Bake at 375 F (190 C) for 10 minutes.
Bring 200 g milk to a boil and add 100 g sugar and 20 g butter to make caramel sauce. Cool the caramel base to room temperature.
Bring 300 g milk to a boil, add 40 g corn starch and 50 g milk, then stir in 250 g caramel base. Cool the pudding to room temperature.
Mix 120 g softened butter with the cooled pudding, then add 300 g heavy cream, 9 g vanilla sugar, and 50 g icing sugar.
For the top coating, mix 250 g softened butter with 400 g milk caramel spread.
For glazing, microwave 40 g cream with 70 g chocolate, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
