Combine all the ingredients in a bowl: 2 teaspoons onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon bouillon powder.

Pat dry the chicken thighs and season with salt on both sides.

Transfer the seasoned chicken onto a prepared cookie sheet.

Bake at 475°F for 20 minutes.

Reduce the temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
