Chop ribeye steak into tiny slices using a fork for thinness.
Add 1 tablespoon corn flour and 1 tablespoon salt to the steak for seasoning.
Add a decent amount of olive oil to the skillet.
Mix in parsley and black pepper with the steak.
Add 1 tablespoon ginger and 3 tablespoons garlic to the mixture.
Add 1.5 tablespoons dijon mustard and mix well.
Add the seasoned steak to the skillet and mix thoroughly.
Caramelize onions in a bit of oil until browned, then set aside.
Add chopped green chili peppers to the onions for spice, if desired.
Add the steak to the skillet and let it fry, allowing it to render its own water.
Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce to the steak for color and flavor.
Let the steak slow cook until the water has rendered and it is tender.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a separate pan.
Add 1 tablespoon flour to the butter and mix to form a roux.
Gradually add milk to the roux, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Add mixed spice cheese to the sauce and stir until melted and smooth.
Prepare samosa wrappers by cutting them in half.
Spread cheese sauce on the samosa wrapper.
Use flour mixed with water to seal the edges of the samosa.
Fold the wrapper into a triangle, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
Fill the samosa with steak and cheese mixture, adding more cheese if desired.
Seal the samosa edges with the flour-water mixture.
Fry the samosas in hot oil until golden brown, or air fry if preferred.
