1 lb beef sirloin
2 roma tomatoes
1 red onion
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup beef stock
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups frozen french fries
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup cilantro

Slice sirloin beef thinly and freeze for 30 minutes to make slicing easier.

Cut roma tomatoes into large wedges and red onion into large chunks.

Heat a large pan over high heat and add vegetable oil.

Add the sliced beef to the hot pan with a pinch of salt and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly until fully cooked.

Transfer the cooked beef to a new plate and use a clean utensil.

In the same hot pan, add the red onion and cook for about 2 minutes until they pick up bits from the bottom of the pan.

Add the tomatoes to the pan and cook for an additional minute.
