Spicy German Pork Schnitzel

Schnitzel mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
Mehl mit Paprikapulver und Gewürzmix mischen.
Schnitzel mehlieren und in heißem Öl von beiden Seiten scharf anbraten, dann von jeder Seite 2-3 Minuten braten.
Paprika in dicke Ringe, Zwiebel in Stücke und Chili in Ringe schneiden.
Schnitzel aus der Pfanne nehmen.
Paprika, Zwiebel und Chili in die Fleischpfanne geben und darin 2-3 Minuten braten.
Tomatenmark und Paprikapulver dazugeben, kurz anrösten und Pfanne von der Hitze ziehen.
Zucker und 1 Prise Salz dazugeben, alles verrühren und die Pfanne wieder auf die Hitze stellen.
Sojasauce angießen und alles nochmals gut verrühren.
Dann die passierten Tomaten dazugeben und alles einkochen lassen.
Schnitzel wieder in die Pfanne in die Sauce geben, 20-30 Sekunden in der Sauce heiß werden lassen und durchschwenken.
