Juice three lemons to get about half a cup of fresh lemon juice.
Add 1 can of full-fat evaporated milk at room temperature and 300 g of sweetened condensed milk into a bowl.
Pour in the lemon juice and mix for 1 minute until the mixture thickens.
Prepare a 22-23 cm springform pan.
Crush 400 g of digestive biscuits and layer them in the pan, filling gaps with broken pieces.
Pour the cream mixture over the first layer of biscuits, covering them lightly.
Add a second layer of biscuits, followed by another layer of cream, ensuring biscuits are covered.
For the final layer, use the remaining cream to cover the biscuits completely.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
After 2 hours, prepare the glaze by chopping 200 g of white chocolate and mixing it with 2 tablespoons of fresh milk and 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Melt the mixture in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate glaze over the chilled dessert, spreading it evenly without using a spoon.
Decorate with lemon slices, ensuring each piece has a slice.
Return to the refrigerator for another 2 hours or 1 hour in the freezer if in a hurry.
After a total of 4 hours in the refrigerator, remove the dessert from the pan.
Wet a knife before cutting to ensure clean slices.
