1 cup GF Bread Flour
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 tsp yeast
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
approximately 1/2 cup warm milk

Add sugar and yeast in warm water and set aside for 5 minutes for proofing.

Add GF Bread Flour in a bowl.

Add baking powder, salt, cream of tartar in bread flour and mix all dry ingredients.

Add egg, butter, apple cider vinegar, yeast mixture in dry ingredients.

Add warm milk gradually and keep on beating with electric mixer.

Add sufficient amount of milk to make a soft dough.

Grease pan with oil and place butter paper on it.

Place subway molds on butter paper and grease them too.

Divide the dough in two equal parts and fill the dough in subway bun molds.

Place for proofing for an hour.

Preheat oven at 180 C.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.

Apply butter on hot subway buns.
