Make a sauce using the heavy cream, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring the sauce to a boil then cool it.

Slice the potatoes using a mandoline.

Sit one row of potato slices, salt and pepper them, pour a little bit of the sauce and continue adding potatoes in the same way 5-6 times.
