1 tablespoon cooking oil
40g Emmental cheese
6 cloves garlic
40g butter

Grate 500g of potatoes into thin pieces.

Add water to wash the grated potatoes.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the potatoes.
