Get 1.5 cups of very warm water.
Add 2-4 tablespoons of honey to the water and stir to dissolve.
Add 1 tablespoon of fresh yeast to the water and set aside.
Oil a standard size bread pan and optionally dust it with flour.
In a large bowl, combine 4 cups of flour and 1.5 teaspoons of sea salt, then mix.
Check on the yeast; it should be foamy and bubbly if fresh.
Using a mixer with a dough hook on low speed, gradually add the warm water mixture to the flour.
Once all the water is added, increase the mixer speed and knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
If kneading by hand, fold and press the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in the bread pan and shape it into a loaf.
Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise for 25 minutes in a warm place.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
After rising, bake the bread at 400°F for 21 minutes.
