Start by plugging in the Instant Pot and setting it to sauté mode.

Add oil to the bottom of the pot and heat it up.

Chop 1 onion, 1 cup of celery, 1 cup of carrots, and 1 cup of summer turnip to a similar size.

Add the chopped onion to the pot and sauté until softened.

Add chopped celery, carrots, and summer turnip to the pot and sauté until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Remove the vegetables from the pot once softened and set aside.

Add more oil to the pot and prepare the meat by cutting 2 cups of round steak into small pieces.

Coat the meat with 1/4 cup of flour, salt, and black pepper.
