4 small cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla bean pod (pod and caviar)
1 tbsp Anise seeds
7 whole cloves
8 oz Piloncillio (or Dark brown sugar)
1 ripe banana
2 small to medium apples
1/3 cup roasted pumpkin seeds (or nuts of choice)
7 oz shredded sweetened coconut
8 oz can crushed pineapple
1/4 tsp salt (for apple saute)
3 to 4 tbsp butter (to saute apples and top bread pudding)
