Buldak Carbonara Ramen

Pour 1 and 1/2 cups of water into a pan over high heat and bring to a boil.

Once boiled, add the ramen and allow to boil for 4 minutes before breaking it up.

After breaking up the ramen, leave in about half a cup of water.

Sprinkle in the seasoning and sauce packet and mix well.

Pour in some heavy cream and mix again.

Crack in an egg, cover the pan with a lid, and lower the heat, letting the egg cook for 1 minute.

After 1 minute, sprinkle in some shredded mozzarella and cover the pan for another minute until the cheese melts.

Once the cheese has melted, the creamy carbonara ramen is done and ready to enjoy.
