Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add cumin and paprika, stirring to combine for 1 minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and bell peppers, cooking until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Mash some of the fava beans into the mixture for a creamy texture.
Stir in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Create small wells in the mixture and crack eggs into each well.
Cover the skillet and cook until eggs are set, about 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and chili flakes before serving.
Serve hot with crusty bread.
