1~2 green part of Japanese leek (or 5~6 green onions)
10~15g ginger
3 cloves garlic
5~6 jujube (soaked in water for at least 10 mins)
120g sticky rice (washed and soaked)
1 tsp salt
200cc sake
water (enough to cover the chicken)
fresh Japanese leek or green onion (for garnishing)
black pepper (for garnishing)
sesame oil (for garnishing)
kimchi (for serving)
