Delicious Lemon Sheet Cake with Homemade Lemon Frosting

In a bowl, add the zest of 2 lemons and 1/2 cup granulated sugar and mix together.

Next, add eggs, sweetened condensed milk, vegetable oil, vanilla, and 1/4 cup of lemon juice, then stir together and set to the side.

In a different bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda, then mix together.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Pour batter into a prepared oblong pan (11 3/4" X 9 3/8" X 2 9/16").

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes.

For the frosting, add all ingredients to a bowl and blend until creamy.

Top with more lemon zest.
