In a large bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.

Flatten each ball slightly and place a small amount of mozzarella cheese and diced pepperoni in the center.

Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Place the pizza balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
