Spread the cream cheese evenly over the flour tortilla.

Spread the pesto over the cream cheese layer.

Layer the salami, ham, and provolone cheese evenly on top of the pesto.

Add the sliced black olives, green olives, and roasted red peppers on top of the meats and cheese.

Sprinkle black pepper over the top of the layers.

Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.

Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and slice the roll into 1-inch pinwheels.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve immediately.
