Mix 450 grams of strong bread flour and 150 grams of wholemeal flour in a bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the flour mixture.

Add 1 dessert spoon of honey to the mixture.

Add 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil to the mixture.

Mix the ingredients together with a wooden spoon until combined.

Use a dough hook to knead the dough for 7 minutes.

Cover the bowl with a shower cap or towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1.5 hours.

After rising, knock the air out of the dough and shape it into a ball.

Place the shaped dough onto a baking tray and cover with a tea towel for its final rise.
