1/4 a 1/2 cdta. de Aji Panca molido (opcional)
Juego de 1 Limón grande
Sal y Pimienta al gusto
1/4 de Taza de Harina de Maiz
1/2 taza de Harina de Trigo
Abundante aceite para freir.
