Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Start with a 4-ounce piece of cream cheese in a bowl.

Add about 1/4 cup of unsweetened apricot jam to the cream cheese.

Add about 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard to the mixture.

Sprinkle in some horseradish and a little bit of onion powder.

Mix the cream cheese spread ingredients together well.

Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese spread over a whole wheat tortilla.

Sprinkle some peanuts over the cream cheese spread.

Add fresh greens on top of the peanuts.

Cut the sliced ham into little matchsticks and layer it on the tortilla.

Add some smoked gouda cheese on top of the ham.

Place a few roasted red peppers down the middle of the wrap.

Fold one end of the tortilla over the filling and wrap it tightly.

Prepare a piece of wax paper in a diamond shape.

Fold one pointed end of the wax paper up and then fold one side over the wrap.

Fold the other side over and keep rolling until the wax paper is wrapped around the wrap.

Twist the end of the wax paper to secure it.
