all-purpose flour

Avocado oil is healthier but vegetable oil is more economical.
Add 1 tablespoon of yeast and 1.5 cups of water to a bowl and let the yeast start working.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil to the yeast mixture.
Mix in 3.5 cups of flour using a dough hook until the dough comes together and the bowl is clean.
Divide the dough into two balls, one about 400 grams and the other 500 grams.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it on pizza plates.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Poke a few holes in the rolled-out dough with a fork to prevent air bubbles.
Let the rolled-out dough rise while the oven preheats.
Bake the crusts in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until lightly baked.
While the crusts are baking, prepare the pizza sauce by mixing 0.5 cup of ketchup, 1 can of tomato paste, 1.5 teaspoons of basil, 1.5 teaspoons of oregano, 1.5 teaspoons of parsley, 2 teaspoons of onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder together.
Remove the crusts from the oven and spread the sauce over them.
Add mozzarella cheese and any desired toppings on top of the sauce.
Bake the assembled pizzas for another 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly.
