Use warm water to start the process.

Add yeast to the warm water and let it dissolve without lumps.

Pour the yeast mixture into the bread machine.

Add olive oil to the bread machine.

Program the bread machine to gluten-free setting number 12.

Start the bread machine without adding the flour yet to allow the yeast to mix for one or two minutes.

After the yeast has dissolved, add the gluten free flour to the bread machine.

Let the bread machine run for no more than two hours for mixing, rising, and baking.
