Add 1.5 packs of plant-based cheddar cheese and plant-based cream cheese to the mixture, stirring until melted and smooth.
Cook macaroni according to package instructions, seasoning the water with salt or vegetable broth for added flavor.
Drain the cooked macaroni and mix it gently into the cheese sauce until well coated.
Transfer the mac and cheese mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Top with additional plant-based cheese and cover with foil to help the cheese melt.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
