Boiled Chickpeas (Dango)

Canned chickpeas are more affordable and save time.
Wash the chickpeas.
Soak chickpeas in water for 8 hours or overnight.
Clean the chickpeas.
Add a large amount of water to a pot with the chickpeas.
Bring to a boil.
Remove butter (not applicable, inferred as a mistake).
Leave it on medium heat until soft.
Add salt.
Add turmeric (curcuma).
Add cumin.
Add green pepper.
Leave it on low heat for 15 minutes until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add lemon juice.
Add ground red pepper.
Mix the ingredients.
