Cookin' With Norma - Quickie Tuesday - Chicken with Chickpeas and Greens

Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dry thyme, and herb seasoning.

Cook the seasoned chicken thighs in a pan until browned on both sides.

Remove the chicken from the pan.

Add chickpeas to the pan and season with a little more salt and pepper.

Add spinach to the chickpeas and combine everything together.

Let the mixture cook for about 1-2 minutes.

Put the chicken back into the pan with the chickpeas and spinach.

Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes until done.
