Buldak Carbonara Ramen

1/2 cup heavy cream
2 packets of ramen seasoning
1 egg
1 slice of craft American cheese

Pour 1 and 1/2 cups of water into a medium saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil.

Remove the ramen noodles from their packaging and place them into the boiling water.

Boil the noodles for 3 to 4 minutes or until they begin to soften.

After 3 minutes, break up the noodles with a fork.

Pour in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and add both packets from the ramen seasoning.

Mix everything together well.

Crack in 1 egg and lower the heat to low.

Cover the pot with a lid and allow it to simmer for 1 minute or until the egg cooks through.

Place a slice of craft American cheese on top, cover the pot again, and let it sit for a few seconds or until the cheese melts.
