Cut the King's Hawaiian rolls in half.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 lbs of 80/20 beef and 1 lb of sweet Italian sausage that has been removed from its casing.
Add 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup of freshly shredded parmesan cheese to the meat mixture.
Incorporate 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flake and 2 tablespoons of Meat Church Blanco seasoning into the mixture.
Mix everything together and roll into 1.5-inch meatballs.
Place the meatballs on a pan for cooking.
Season the meatballs with garlic and herb seasoning.
Preheat the Traeger to 425°F and cook the meatballs for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, check the temperature of the meatballs to ensure they are done.
Cut the King's Hawaiian rolls in half and prepare a clean pan for assembling the sliders.
Place 5 big slices of mozzarella cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
Add one meatball on each bun.
Top the meatballs with marinara sauce according to your preference.
Add more mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs and marinara.
Melt some butter and mix in garlic, parsley, and garlic and herb seasoning to create garlic butter.
Brush the garlic butter mixture on top of the buns.
Place the assembled sliders back in the Traeger at 425°F until the cheese is melty, about 5 minutes.
Let the sliders cool slightly before serving.
