1

Add 800 grams of beef mince with fat to a bowl.

2

Add 1 large finely chopped onion to the beef.

3

Mix in 1 tablespoon of freshly crushed garlic and 4 freshly crushed green chilies.

4

Season with salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of ground white pepper, 1 heaped tablespoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of Italian herb seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of onion salt.

5

Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup of bread crumbs to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

6

Set the beef mixture aside.

7

In a separate bowl, prepare the special burger sauce by mixing 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic, soy sauce to taste, and Italian seasoning to taste. Mix well and set aside.

8

Spray a pan with oil and toast the brioche burger buns until golden.

9

Remove the buns and spray the pan again with oil.

10

Shape the beef mixture into patties and place them in the pan, flattening them slightly.

11

Cook the patties on medium heat until cooked through, flipping them once.

12

Add onions to the pan to caramelize them while the patties cook.

13

Place Colby cheese slices on top of the patties and cover the pan until the cheese melts.

14

Switch off the stove and assemble the burger with the special burger sauce, lettuce, the beef patty with melted cheese, tomatoes, caramelized onions, jalapenos, and mustard.

15

Top with more special burger sauce, close the bun, and serve with chips and a drink.
