One Pot Chicken and Dumplings

Boil the chicken in water.
Add seasoning mix, bell peppers, celery, carrots, bay leaves, onions, and garlic to the pot.
Cover and cook until the chicken is done.
Remove the chicken from the pot and let it drain.
Strain the broth, keeping the liquid and discarding the solids.
Add onions and celery back into the broth and let it simmer.
Shred the chicken once it's cool enough to touch.
In a bowl, mix 3 cups of all-purpose flour with chicken bouillon and your favorite all-purpose seasoning.
Cut in butter flavored Crisco into the flour until well mixed.
Slowly add milk to the mixture and work it in until a dough forms.
Flour your surface and roll out the dough flat.
Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into dumplings.
Sprinkle flour over the dumplings to prevent sticking.
Ensure the broth is boiling before gently dropping in the dumplings.
Let the broth thicken as the dumplings cook.
Turn the heat down to a simmer after adding the dumplings.
After about 10 minutes, add the shredded chicken back into the pot and stir gently.
