Put 1 teaspoon of dried yeast into 3/5 cup of warm water and mix it up.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to 0.55 pounds of flour, then add the yeast mixture and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Fold, stretch, and mix the dough until done, then sprinkle with flour, cover with a damp cloth, and let proof in a warm place.
For the sauce, add 1 can of tomato puree, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, 1 tablespoon of dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, and 1 tablespoon of sugar; mix and put on low heat to reduce.
In a pan, add pork with some olive oil (200 g) and sprinkle with salt and pepper; fry until done.
Add chorizo sausages to the pan and fry until the meat is cooked.
Once the dough has doubled in size, cover the table in flour, then roll it out into a thin circle.
Spread olive oil on the baking tray and add semolina to prevent sticking, then place the dough over the tray, leaving excess dough on the edges.
Add about half of the mozzarella (300 g of harder mozzarella and 60 g of fresh mozzarella) to the bottom of the tray.
Add the cooked meat mixture and some delicious Spanish ham, followed by a few slices of chorizo sausages.
Cover the meat with another thick layer of cheese, then add the sauce and spread it evenly on top.
Fold the overhanging dough inside to form a nice edge.
Put the pizza into the preheated oven at 220 °C (430 °F) for about 40 minutes.
Optionally, add some olive oil on top before baking to make it juicier.
Grate parmesan cheese on top and add some Lithuanian cheese.
Garnish with basil leaves after cooking for a pleasing presentation.
