Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and blanch for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. 4In a greased baking dish, layer the blanched green beans evenly.
  5. 5Pour the cream mixture over the green beans, ensuring they are well coated.
