Cut the carrot into flower shapes by making five cuts around it and then slicing it in half.
Chop the snow peas into bite-sized pieces.
Smash the garlic with a knife to release its flavor.
Boil water in a bowl and soak the noodles for a short time, just enough to soften them without making them mushy.
Fry the tofu in hot oil until lightly golden, not crispy.
Boil water in a pot and add the carrot first, cooking for about 1 minute, then add the snow peas and cook until they turn vibrant green, then remove from water.
Heat a pan without oil and add the soaked noodles, cooking them for about 1 minute to get them fragrant and hot.
Remove the noodles and set aside, then add some oil to the pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the carrot and snow peas to the pan and stir-fry together with the garlic.
Add a little water (1 tablespoon) to the pan and a pinch of sugar, then add soy sauce and black pepper to taste.
Increase the heat and stir-fry everything together, then add the noodles back into the pan along with the snow peas and mix well.
