Quinoa Beet Burgers

1 cup cooked quinoa
1 medium beet, grated
1/4 cup hemp powder
2 large eggs
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 avocado, sliced
1 tbsp mustard
1 cup kale chips, for garnish
2 cups sweet potato fries, for serving
