Combine 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 150 grams of lime juice, juice of 2 limes, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the mixture and stir well to create a marinade.
Select 1 kg of chicken and add it to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated.
Cover the bowl and marinate the chicken for at least 3 hours, or longer for better flavor.
Preheat the grill to 200 degrees Celsius.
Cook the marinated chicken on the grill for 6 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 6 minutes on the other side until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest before serving.
