1 tablespoon sherry vinegar (15 ml)
1 teaspoon sweet smoked Spanish paprika (2.5 g)
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (0.5 g)
15 oz can tomato sauce (425 g)
1/4 cup vegetable broth (60 ml)
sea salt
black pepper
