2 packages frozen cauliflower gnocchi
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
small mozzarella balls
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup slivered basil
balsamic glaze

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Drop in the gnocchi and cook for 2 minutes.

Drain the gnocchi well.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
