2 tablespoons dried Peri-Peri
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1½ tablespoons salt
¾ cup sugar
1½ cups Red wine vinegar
2 cups water
70g tomato paste
½ large lemon's zest
½ cup lemon juice
