Cut the breakfast sausage into pieces and add it to a skillet on medium-high heat.
Add 4 teaspoons of butter, 8 ounces of cream cheese, and a half pint of heavy whipping cream to the skillet with the sausage.
Season the sausage with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper while it cooks, breaking it into smaller pieces.
Once the oven reaches 350°F, place the chicken biscuits in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream to the sausage, stirring to combine and melt evenly without burning.
Let the gravy simmer on low heat until the biscuits are done.
Remove the chicken biscuits from the oven and plate them with the sausage gravy.
