In a large bowl, mix together the sourdough discard, water, and olive oil until well combined.
Add in the all-purpose flour, salt, yeast, and sugar, stirring until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth.
Allow the dough to rise at room temperature for 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if you have one.
Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza peel or a baking sheet that has been dusted with cornmeal.
Add your favorite toppings evenly over the crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
