For the Basic Flour Tortillas, mix 100gm bread flour, 100gm cake flour, 1 tbsp cane sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 100cc lukewarm water in a bowl until a dough forms.

For the Whole Wheat Tortillas, mix the specified ingredients and follow the same steps as for the Basic Flour Tortillas.
